When it comes to entertaining men and women serving in the United States military, the Harlem Ambassadors are second to none.
As the largest provider of entertainment to the United States military worldwide, the Harlem Ambassadors have performed over 300 military shows at over 120 different bases in all branches of the military service. Overseas appearances include Bosnia, Kosovo, Korea, Japan, Germany, Iceland and England.
"[This is] one of the most professional organizations in the entertainment industry," said Debra Howze, Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, Tennessee.
“The players were professional and extremely talented,” said Colonel GM Mahon about the Harlem Ambassadors performance for the Canadian Forces Base-Borden in Ontario. “The Borden Barrons had a wonderful time competing against athletes of that caliber. We had a huge crowd for the event, one of the largest in a long time and had the entire audience participating…a fantastic sight!”
The Harlem Ambassadors show appeals to all ages, all races and both genders represented in a military base community.
“Very few forms of entertainment have such diverse appeal,” said Harlem Ambassadors president Dale Moss. The Ambassadors show features high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball handling tricks and hilarious comedy routines uniquely led by a woman player.
“We are extremely proud of our relationship with the United States military,” said Moss.
